What Was It You Wanted - Bob Dylan author and collector Andrea Brillo’s magnificent cover

Bob Dylan author (Basement Tales) and collector Andrea Brillo has recorded a couple of Dylan songs over the years.

I’ve visited him in Italy a couple of times over the years with our mutual friend Andrea Orlandi (whose photography featured in the Dylan’s Rough And Rowdy Ways release). He has an incredible collection of Dylan stuff and is a very accomplished musician in his own right.

I could not more highly recommend his book Basement Tales which chronicles the bootleg industry that grew up around the original Basement Tapes.
